June, 2010, More than APIs - RohnerChem offers exclusive synthesis of biocompatible and hightech industry polymers

June, 2010, Swiss-based companies Rohner AG in Pratteln and Syngenta Crop Protection AG in Basel have signed a multi year contract for the custom manufacture of an important intermediate, allowing Syngenta to syn-thesize larger amounts of a novel active ingredient for market launch. No financial details were disclosed. This agreement further attests to RohnerChem’s positioning in selected market segments, where complex, multi-step and innovative synthesis is required.
